A lot can go wrong during a migration. Anything from simply forgetting to unblock pages in the robots.txt file to issues with redirect mapping. Careful planning is the key to flawless execution – we crafted a three-stage plan for a smooth migration.
Through in-depth analysis, we were able to identify and consult on the new website mapping and structure as a whole. It was key that this transition went smoothly across platforms and mapping from old to new pages, with a critical emphasis on ensuring Spire Healthcare lost no traffic during the process.
Our plan fed into Spire’s development roadmap, which was tightly managed from both sides to ensure everything is in place before go-live date.
