We’re proud to announce that this year we have been nominated for both organic and biddable teams of the year – yes that’s right, we’ve only gone and done the double! Being the first year we’ve entered The Drum Search Awards, we couldn’t be more thrilled to be considered as finalists within these two categories.
The judging took place the week prior to the nomination results coming out, chaired by Paul Mead of VCCP who mentioned; “A day judging The Drum Search Awards shows just what rude health the search industry is in today. Innovation, creativity, technical strength – and amazingly talented people. Some fantastic work that is very deserving of recognition.”
Nominations were announced exclusively on Twitter on Tuesday 18th April, with the loudest screams coming from both teams as we saw we were tagged in these tweets.
Our Client Services Manager, Dave says; “I could not be more proud of the teams at iThinkMedia. Everybody has worked so hard over the last 18 months which have been by far our busiest since the company started. The nominations have been so well received across the agency and it’s this recognition alongside such powerhouses within the search industry that has really made the teams smile! Not only have we seen an increase in new staff members, but we have taken on some of our largest clients to date whilst implemented multiple enterprise software solutions. All of this has contributed to both our SEO and Paid teams continuing to provide a wonderful service to our clients and achieve such strong results.”
Although the PPC team are smaller in size, don’t let that fool you! They’ve developed many efficiencies and innovations to ensure they are on the top of their game and work in synergy with the SEO team to ensure our clients business objectives are aligned to deliver great results together that really make a difference within the digital landscape.
Dom, our PPC manager is over the moon to be going into The Drum Search Awards as a finalist, saying; “I’m absolutely thrilled with our nomination for Biddable Team of the Year. Industry recognition to cap off what has been a fantastic year for us as a department. A huge amount of credit must go to the team for the results and achievements they’ve made along the way but also to our clients for sharing this journey with us. Plenty more to come so some very exciting time ahead for the rest of 2017.”
So now the waiting game begins, where we’ll find out the final results at The Drum Search Awards ceremony on 25th May! Better get that black-tie outfit at the ready…
