• What Paid Media services do Honcho offer?

  We offer a range of paid media services including:

• Do you work on projects or retainers?

  We understand the need to be flexible & that no two businesses are the same. We are open to project-based work. In the past, we have undertaken audits for clients, then worked on the implementation of the findings from the audit before handing back control to the client for them to run the daily activity.

• What is the standard contact length?

  We prefer to work with 12-month contracts, however, we are open to 3-month trials in the first instance to prove the value of our services.

• Do you provide reporting?

  Yes - Our preferred solution is Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) where you have access to all the results from your campaigns with real time data. Once the report is set up you get access allowing you to pull data on a daily basis for the period you desire.

  We offer a weekly zoom call with the team working on your account in addition to ad-hoc requests and communication via email for day to day updates. 

  Similarly, we would recommend (at a minimum) quarterly business reviews to revisit performance over a longer term, setting a strategy for the upcoming quarter to ensure our approach is relevant.

• Will I be assigned an Account Manager?

  Each client has a dedicated Account Manager as the main point of contact and this will be an expert working directly on your account. Your Account Manager immerses themselves in the running of the account, leading strategy & optimisation, and driving your activity to hit your KPIs.

• Do you implement the work directly?

  In most cases we will implement changes ourselves, making real time optimisations to the activity with updates provided in the regular communication points (e.g. weekly calls). Similarly, we will discuss testing in strategy sessions during QBRs to ensure all parties are confident with the approach. The only exception to this would be on creative where we would recommend an approval process that covers tone of voice.

• How long does it take to see results?

  All accounts behave differently, but in general, our expectation would be to see initial results coming after a few weeks to a month. This varies drastically based on the volume of traffic, conversions that come through the site, site quality etc. We’ll have a more informed estimate once we’ve looked into your account.

• How will results be measured?

  We always recommend focusing on conversions as we can measure performance in real time. But we have experience with multiple measurement tools so we can measure success by setting goals to match your KPIs. Some third-party tools may come with an added cost, but given the team’s experience, we can deliver anything from sales to engagement.
